This is a Western restaurant located in Joshin, Nishi-ku, Nagoya.

I work hard every day to bring smiles and happiness to everyone.

ChefKiyotaka Murai

After working at the International Hotel Washington in 1980, he became involved in culinary instruction at various restaurants.

In 1999, he opened "Western Food & Wine Murai" in Sakae.

He opened several stores both in and outside the city, but as he was increasingly focused on developing menus and training the next generation of chefs, he found himself with fewer opportunities to hold a knife, so he decided to return to his roots as a chef and opened "Chef Murai."

He has been featured in many media outlets, including television and magazines, and is said to be a leading figure in the Nagoya Western cuisine scene.

Information

The lunch menu has changed since September!
We have prepared a plate with omurice as the main dish (omurice, crab cream croquette, salad, and soup).

The traditional menu will be discontinued and replaced with a new one.
