About our restaurant
名古屋市西区浄心にある「洋食レストラン」です。
皆様に笑顔で幸せになっていただきたく日々腕を振るっています。
This is a "Western-style restaurant" located in Jōshin, Nishi Ward, Nagoya City.
Every day, we put our heart into our cooking to bring happiness and smiles to all our guests.
Chef 邨井 清隆 Kiyotaka Murai
1980年、国際ホテル・ワシントンに勤務した後、様々な飲食店の料理指導に携わる。
1999年、栄に「洋食＆ワイン むらい」をオープン。
市内外に数店舗展開するが、メニュー開発や後進への指導が多くなり、包丁を握る機会が減ったことから、料理人として原点回帰すべく「シェフむらい」を開店。
テレビや雑誌などのメディアにも多数取り上げられ、名古屋洋食会の重鎮といわれています。
fter working at the Washington International Hotel in 1980, Chef Murai became involved in culinary training across various restaurants.
In 1999, he opened "Yōshoku & Wine Murai" in Sakae, expanding his business to several locations within and beyond the city.
However, as he dedicated more time to menu development and mentoring future chefs, his opportunities to cook personally decreased.
To return to his roots as a chef, he established "Chef Murai."
He has been featured in numerous TV programs and magazines, earning recognition as a leading figure in Nagoya’s Western cuisine scene.

Chefの右腕でもあり、お店のマネージャーでもある。
